The following exercises are offered on a personal basis that you will need to experiment to see what (s) technique (s) suits you best. Look at these exercises as a routine when you start learning with a specific rune, do it for a predetermined period (such as a cycle of nine days for example). Why? Because our body, conscious and unconscious does not quite capture the same speed and with the same ease, give yourself time to learn them correctly and remember that patience brings rewards much more beautiful than the rush.


Technique 1: Cookies Runes
Make 24 cookies or cakes and decorate them with a Rune. Each evening, eat one by invoking Odin and other Nordic deities which you want to request a support. While you eat, try to meditate on what the Rune makes you feel like and send you energy. Write down your impressions. You can then compare your impressions and properties of each rune to find links. If your feelings have nothing in common with the properties, you must start over. The approach of the Runes is more complicated than it seems.
Technique 2: Runes under the pillow
Place a pillow under your Rune before you sleep. The next morning, try to remember your dreams write them down. Then try to find common ground with the meanings of the rune.
Technique 3: a rune per day
Each morning, pull a rune at random from your game and see its meaning. During the events of your day, try to see the presence of the rune picked. Proceed until you have reached the 24 runes. If one or more runes are slow to get shot, see what they mean and try to analyze why they are not available to you (maybe you're too close to the situation represented by the rune to see clearly or can be-are you too far).
Technique 4: Rune Yoga
As you study the runes, you will notice that some forms vaguely evoke or more specifically human forms and even some yoga postions. Practise place members of your body to create the runes you wish to deepen. However, be careful and aware of the limitations of your body, make sure you warm up your muscles before attempting a position that might seem easy but you might also be uncomfortable or even painful.
